Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 days maximum from the date of purchase. Once processed, shed packages are handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Delivery Time

After processing is complete, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days. Total delivery time from order placement to arrival at your doorstep usually ranges between 7 to 9 days, depending on your exact location within the United States and the shipping carrier assigned.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard freight shipping across all 50 states of the United States. The most suitable carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) will be assigned to your order based on your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Please note that shed packages are large and heavy; curbside delivery is standard. You may need assistance moving the package from the curb to your desired location.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped to addresses anywhere within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Cut-Off Time & Same-Day Dispatch

Our order cut-off time is 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) Central Standard Time.

  • If you place an order at or before 19:00 PM, your order is dispatched the same day, and your tracking number is provided the same day.
  • If you place an order after 19:00 PM, it will be dispatched the next morning immediately when operations begin, and your tracking number will be provided that same next morning.

Summary:
Order today → Tracking today (if before 7:00 PM) OR next morning tracking (if after 7:00 PM).

This policy ensures fast delivery, customer satisfaction, and allows you to begin using your new shed as early as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your shed package via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Address Accuracy

It is essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Next Gen Sheds is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that situations may arise where you need to modify or cancel your order. For such requests, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your shed package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome, including a replacement or refund as appropriate.
